Need to Return a product?
To return a product to
Craden, you'll need to request a Return Goods
Authorization (RGA) number. This can be done by contacting our
service department by
e-mail or filling
out an RGA request here.

We'll need the following information to authorize your
return:
- Customer name and contact information
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem
Please assure printers and parts are protected during
shipment. Often inadequate packing materials are used
and items are received damaged from the shipping process.
Repair of shipping damage caused by
inadequate packaging is not covered by the flat repair fee.
To insure proper routing of your returned item, please write
the RGA Number on the outside of the shipping container.
