Craden Peripherals accepts Visa and Mastercard. All spare
parts orders direct from Craden must total $100 minimum.
Spare parts orders from stock will ship within 48 hours by
any method UPS or FedEx has available. Same day shipments carry a $50 expedite charge and must
be received by 11:00am Eastern Time. Please call 856.488.0700
for instructions to place an expedited order.
Customers ordering non-stocked spare part assemblies will be
notified via email with the expected ship date. All UPS and
FedEx shipping
options are open to these orders as well. New Jersey state
sales tax will be applied to some Craden online orders shipped
within New Jersey. This charge will not appear on your online
order invoice.
All shipments of spare parts will be insured.
Please know that part inventories for DP6 & DP7
printers are dwindling and some parts may no longer be available. In some
cases, repair services are an alternative. Contact Tech
